How much time does it take to ship your order?
For ready stock, it generally takes 2-3 working days to dispatch an order whereas for customisation products, the orders are dispatched in 15-20 days as they are made on order. Please make sure to place your orders well in advance if you’re ordering for an occasion.

What courier service is used?
We generally use India Post/DTDC for sending couriers across India. This can vary depending on the your location.
How long does it take to deliver a product?
It generally take 5-7 working days to deliver an order after dispatch. This can vary depending on your location. For example, it takes longer for North-East India. Please keep a track of your package using the AWB number you will receive once your order is dispatched. In case of any issues, please feel free to connect with us.
What payment options are available?
We support COD and Google Pay as the payment options for now.
Orders for ready stock can be placed via any of the above options but customisation orders cannot be placed via COD, only prepaid orders are accepted. This is so because we purchase the raw material only after an order is placed. We cannot afford rejection of deliveries of such orders and so no COD is provided for them.
