Return & Cancellation Policy

We currently offer returns and exchanges (as applicable) for defective, damaged, or incorrect products only. A complete uncut unboxing video is required as proof

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You must return the item within 3 days of receiving it. Any delays in sending the item will not be accepted. 
To initiate an 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 or 𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍, please contact us at UttamAttires@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved via email, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we have received the product, another packet will be dispatched to your address. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN POLICY

Our return and exchange policy allows you to raise a request within 3 days of receiving your item, provided it meets the eligibility criteria. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, an uncut unpacking video and proof of purchase or receipt are required. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at UttamAttires@gmail.com along with the proofs. Once your request is approved via email, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we have received the product, another packet will be dispatched to your address. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if you find the item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the issue and provide a resolution. Kindly note that an uncut video of the package opening is mandatory for issue evaluation. We regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items, customized orders, stock clearance items, or for size related issues (you will always receive the size you placed an order for). Please be aware that there may be a 10-12% color difference due to variations in screen resolution of the client’s device and camera lighting. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for such differences.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the amount will be credited to the original source of payment. Kindly note that it may take a little time to hear back from our team, but we appreciate your patience! The refund timeline will be 3-7 business days after complete evaluation of the issue.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations for ready products are allowed only untill the product has not been shipped.
Cancellations for custom made products are allowed till the point where work has not been started yet on your order.
